Audit Manager

Core Responsibilities:
Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Audit Seniors and Auditors.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to team members.

Client Management

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee client onboarding, including engagement letters, and setup of financial systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).

Technical Responsibilities

• Review Statutory Annual Reports and Financial Statements.
• Ensure audit files in CCH are reviewed up to manager level.
• Maintain excellent technical standards in all work.

Qualifications:

• CGI/STEP Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Qualified Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven people management experience with evidence of ongoing professional development.
