Role Overview
As a key member of the team, you will independently and collaboratively identify corporate prospects across deposit, custody, lending, and investment products. Your focus will be on driving corporate business growth in Jersey while enhancing the firm's brand visibility in the corporate market.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development

  • Lead efforts to develop new relationships and expand the firm’s footprint in the local corporate market.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
  • Actively generate leads and enquiries for new products and services through strategic relationship-building and network management.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed financial targets aligned with business development goals.

Market Presence and Networking

  • Represent the firm at networking events to foster relationships and promote offerings.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening the firm's reputation within the corporate sector.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns that support business development objectives.

The Successful Candidate:

  • A results-driven professional with a strong track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
  • Experience working within the financial services sector, particularly in offshore markets, is highly desirable.
