Client Director – Corporate and Fund Services

You will lead a client delivery team focused on fund administration, act as Client Director for key relationships, and, where required, serve as Director on client structures including POI Licensees. The role involves delivering high-quality, timely services while managing and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a client delivery team 

• Act as Client Director for key client relationships

• Serve as Director on client structures (including POI Licensees where needed)

• Oversee team workloads and ensure timely task completion

• Work with other pod leads to manage resource planning

• Attend and prepare for board meetings, ensuring governance standards are met

• Liaise with external advisers and manage capital calls, distributions, and transactions

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Support wider business objectives and provide cover during team absences

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by your manager
   

About You
You will have strong experience in client management and fund administration, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 10+ years in client relationship management, including closed-ended funds

• Leadership and directorship experience

• ICSA, ACCA or similar qualification (or working towards)

• Experience in onboarding, governance and business development

• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
