The firm offers a broad service which includes accounting, tax planning and reporting, mergers and acquisitions support, wealth management, fiduciary, and family office services.

Key Responsibilities The Client Manager will play a key role in delivering a high-touch, relationship-led service offering. Responsibilities include:
Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering trusted and long-term relationships.
Gaining a strong understanding of each client’s financial objectives and aligning services accordingly.
Coordinating across internal teams to deliver integrated, tailored solutions.
Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving issues to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Identifying opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and up-selling additional services.
Ensuring all client accounts comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Preparing and presenting regular client reports, offering strategic insights and performance updates.
Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into account management.
Contributing to the development of internal processes aimed at improving the overall client experience.
Representing the firm at client meetings, strategic reviews, and industry events when required.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in relationship management and a passion for client service excellence.
Proven experience in client or account management, ideally within financial or professional services.
A sound understanding of financial services and the ability to engage credibly with clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Confidence in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial software is advantageous.
A self-motivated, reliable, and client-centric approach.
