Client Services Director

A leading international provider of corporate, trust, and fund administration services is seeking a Client Services Director to join their Private Wealth division. This senior position involves leading a small team and managing a portfolio of trusts and companies. The successful candidate will hold full signatory duties and assume Board-level responsibility for client matters, with a focus on service delivery, regulatory compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Director and authorised signatory on client entities
• Ensure compliance with the Money Laundering (Jersey) Order and related legislation
• Lead a team of administrators, overseeing workflow, performance, and development
• Liaise with the Board on client matters and represent the firm externally
• Support business development and help grow the client base
• Maintain strong systems, controls, and standards in line with regulatory expectations

Requirements

• Trust and company administration experience at senior level
• JFSC-recognised professional qualification (e.g. STEP, CGI)
• Strong understanding of Jersey regulatory requirements
• Team management experience and sound judgement in client servicing
• Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-based approach
