Corporate Associate

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-value corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years’ PQE, strong technical and client management skills, and experience in corporate, banking/finance, capital markets, or investment funds, preferably gained at a leading offshore or international law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate legal matters, adhering to firm policies.
• Liaise with clients, law firms, government bodies, and other professionals.
• Understand clients’ businesses and communicate insights to the team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
• Manage caseloads, client billing, and maintain files efficiently.
• Contribute to knowledge management and stay updated on legal developments.
• Support marketing, training, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years PQE with experience in corporate, banking/finance, capital markets, or investment funds.
• Strong legal, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively.
• Proficient in legal and office software.
• Excellent command of English, with strong interpersonal skills.
