Our client a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services is seeking a senior professional with expertise in professional services (ideally Trusts), combined with a strong background in business development, to join their growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while also supporting the growth of the business through new client acquisition and relationship management.
Business Development:
- Working closely with the SEO in driving sales and onboarding new clients. Assist clients in establishing DIFC Foundations and sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures both within and outside the UAE. Prepare and deliver external sales presentations, pitches, and onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client acceptance standards.
Client Onboarding & Compliance:
- Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, adhering to global and local KYC policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct client due diligence and liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to trust administration.
External Sales Coordination:
- Organise and attend sales meetings with prospective clients, maintain the sales reporting system, and assist in developing business development strategies.
Fiduciary and Trust Management:
- Manage client relationships with overseeing day-to-day administration of over trusts, including PTC structures, KYC processes, capital contribution, distributions, and the performance of various advisors (investment, real estate, etc.). Handle compliance with global and local KYC requirements, regulatory norms, and client due diligence.
- Being appointed in individual capacity as nominee director or council member where either the client or the specific free zone requires.
Regulatory & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on regulations and industry developments relevant to corporate and fiduciary services, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
