As People & Culture Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all areas of the People function within the Trust group. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, supporting employees throughout their journey, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. Discretion and confidentiality are essential in all aspects of the role.
Employee Lifecycle
Prepare documentation and correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle
Respond to daily queries and provide front-line support to employees and managers
Administer the group’s medical insurance and pension schemes, working closely with external providers
Support the delivery of wellbeing initiatives and events in line with the wellbeing strategy
Participate in end-to-end recruitment, including advising managers, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and induction processes
Manage payroll processing and submit quarterly returns accurately and on time
HR Operations & Compliance
Gather and analyse data for the Polymetrix salary survey
Provide support on employee relations matters, including sensitive issues, offering guidance to managers and escalating when appropriate
Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies and procedures
Produce reports, maintain HR records, and perform quality checks on key documentation
Assist with the delivery of ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
About You
CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards Level 5) with ongoing CPD
Sound understanding of employment legislation (local, Swiss, and Cayman)
Strong communicator with attention to detail in documentation
Able to resolve moderately complex issues with guidance
Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven
Quality-focused, with awareness of risk and wider business impact
