We are working on behalf of a well-established international corporate services provider to find a Manager for their growing team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical experience in corporate administration who enjoys leading teams and managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times
Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge
Oversee billing, time recording, receivables, and internal compliance procedures across your client base
Maintain accurate company data within internal systems and ensure internal audit requirements are met
Identify and implement operational improvements to increase team efficiency and performance
Ensure professional standards are upheld across all client interactions and internal processes
Support the onboarding of new business and help identify opportunities for growth within existing relationships
Encourage and facilitate professional development within the team
Liaise effectively with internal teams such as compliance and business development to ensure alignment with company objectives
Skills and Experience Required:
At least six years' experience within corporate administration, ideally with some management responsibilities
A recognised professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI (Level 4 or Level 6 Diploma) or working towards one
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach
Demonstrable experience managing client relationships and leading a team
Confident using Microsoft Office; knowledge of systems such as ViewPoint, AdEx, or FileSite is advantageous
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in other jurisdictions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and change-driven environment
