We are working on behalf of a well-established international corporate services provider to find a Manager for their growing team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical experience in corporate administration who enjoys leading teams and managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times

  • Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge

  • Oversee billing, time recording, receivables, and internal compliance procedures across your client base

  • Maintain accurate company data within internal systems and ensure internal audit requirements are met

  • Identify and implement operational improvements to increase team efficiency and performance

  • Ensure professional standards are upheld across all client interactions and internal processes

  • Support the onboarding of new business and help identify opportunities for growth within existing relationships

  • Encourage and facilitate professional development within the team

  • Liaise effectively with internal teams such as compliance and business development to ensure alignment with company objectives

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least six years' experience within corporate administration, ideally with some management responsibilities

  • A recognised professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI (Level 4 or Level 6 Diploma) or working towards one

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach

  • Demonstrable experience managing client relationships and leading a team

  • Confident using Microsoft Office; knowledge of systems such as ViewPoint, AdEx, or FileSite is advantageous

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams in other jurisdictions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and change-driven environment
