Our client, a global international law firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator who will be responsible for administering a diverse portfolio of companies, including both commercial and private client structures. This role also involves coordinating and managing the listing process for select clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Administration Services

  • Deliver corporate administration services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality and timely service.
  • Maintain corporate records in compliance with company policies, the Bermuda Companies Act 1981, and other relevant regulations.
  • Act as Company Secretary, handling governance, compliance, board meetings, and best practice guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and intermediaries.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

Listing Services

  • Support the BSX listing process, including:
  • Advising and coordinating listings.
  • Ensuring compliance with BSX regulations.
  • Preparing and submitting listing applications.
  • Addressing BSX enquiries on behalf of issuers.
  • Providing ongoing support for listing obligations.

Other Duties

  • Assist in developing standard corporate administration documents.
  • Support business development and marketing efforts to drive growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate administration.
  • Chartered Secretary qualification (ICSA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981 and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with AML/CTF regulations, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
  • Experience with BSX listings preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Viewpoint experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
