The Role:
This is a strategic leadership position focused on the operational and commercial management of the firm's fiduciary services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing team. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the administration of a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate structures

• Build and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability

• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements

• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and business development initiatives

• Provide expert advice on complex trust and corporate structures

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders

• Stay informed of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are upheld

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in trust and corporate services, ideally with prior leadership responsibility

• In-depth knowledge of Jersey trust law and the local regulatory environment

• STEP, ICSA, or other relevant professional qualification preferred

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
