Professional Services Remuneration Report 2025

We’re pleased to present the Victus Search Professional Services Remuneration Report, which draws on survey data from over 500 respondents working across a diverse range of service firms in the UK and Crown Dependencies, from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions.

Our analysis covers base salaries by role and level for a range of specialisms, including compliance, human resources, funds, corporate and secretarial services, operations and business development, and trust and fiduciary –  as well as professional services roles in tax, law, and accountancy.
