Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team.

• Handling a broad range of contentious commercial matters, with particular focus on trust, company and insurance disputes
• Advising clients on complex transactions involving significant risk
• Supporting regulated clients in addressing regulatory challenges
• Leading or contributing to the development of departmental precedent documents
• Representing clients in mediations, tribunals and court proceedings
• Taking part in the department’s initiatives related to marketing, education and training
• Supporting business development by writing for industry publications, speaking at conferences and participating in international trips

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• At least five years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Proven experience in advocacy and preparing for trial
• Familiarity with discovery processes, including use of e-Discovery platforms
• Ability to manage complex and demanding matters independently
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
