Our client, an independent trust company, is looking to hire a Transformation Officer. This role sits within their transformation team and supports ongoing change across the business by improving processes and adopting technology. Key areas of focus include Power BI reporting, Azure Data Lakes, and introducing AI to streamline manual tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing data processes and ensuring accuracy, while collaborating with client teams to enhance data quality.
  • Collecting, analysing, and summarising information from multiple sources to create reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Using data analysis tools and software to complete tasks, while staying current with emerging technologies and solutions.
  • Assisting with IT responsibilities, including managing hardware, software applications, and maintaining registers.
  • Supporting business transformation initiatives by coordinating activities that drive improvements and align with organisational objectives.
  • Applying knowledge of best practices and procedures to optimise operational and administrative workflows.
  • Planning, delivering, and monitoring projects to meet deadlines and scope requirements, while adapting to shifting priorities and managing competing demands effectively.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members to encourage their development and growth.
  • Leading teams through process changes to ensure understanding and adoption of new systems and technologies.

Requirements: 

  • Strong technical skills in transformation and technology enablement
  • Experience with Power BI and Azure Data Lakes is a desirable
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities
  • Proactive and organised, with sound problem-solving skills
  • Working towards a relevant qualification and meeting CPD requirements
  • Positive attitude and awareness of risk and standards
