Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR processes including onboarding, performance management, training, and leaver administration.
- Manage payroll accurately and on time, including benefits and pension administration.
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Advise management on HR matters, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and benchmarking.
- Produce HR reports and maintain accurate data records.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
