Christopher CostiA growing financial institution in the Channel Islands is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to join its corporate banking division in Jersey.
This is a supervisory role with hands-on client management responsibilities, ideal for someone with a strong background in front-office banking and a passion for team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support two junior account managers, including identifying training needs
- Manage a personal portfolio of corporate banking clients
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align processes across Jersey and Guernsey
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and ensure service excellence
- Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and system enhancements
- Maintain strong internal relationships with relationship managers and other departments
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in front-office client support within financial services (corporate or private banking)
- Proven ability to manage both people and client portfolios
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team with a collaborative culture
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Guernsey for meetings and training
