The Role
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Grow revenue within existing accounts through structured cross-sell and upsell activity
- Develop a robust network of industry contacts, prospects, and partners to drive consistent opportunity flow
- Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals, coordinating internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Use market insights, competitor intelligence, and knowledge of the service offering to identify and progress opportunities
- Support cross-border expansion for clients by connecting them with relevant service lines
- Contribute to high-value, strategic opportunities from origination through to closure
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data while achieving agreed commercial targets
The Successful Candidate
- Background in financial services, ideally with exposure to private markets
- Strong track record of delivering sustainable sales growth in senior, high-pressure commercial roles
- Established network and understanding across debt, capital markets and corporate industry
- Experience managing complex, solution-led, multi-jurisdictional sales cycles
- Self-motivated and commercially driven, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable attending industry events and travelling as required
