We are supporting an international corporate services provider in hiring a Senior Administrator to join its Jersey Corporate team.

This role suits an experienced fiduciary professional who can manage complex trusts, companies and corporate structures while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex structures and act as a key client contact.
  • Deliver high standards of administration, governance and technical support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service and support business growth.
  • Assist with billing, WIP management and timely fee collection.
  • Support risk management processes and ensure compliance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to more junior team members.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate or fiduciary services.
  • Strong knowledge of administering trusts, companies and complex structures.
  • Confident managing technical matters and client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
