This role suits an experienced fiduciary professional who can manage complex trusts, companies and corporate structures while delivering high‑quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex structures and act as a key client contact.
- Deliver high standards of administration, governance and technical support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service and support business growth.
- Assist with billing, WIP management and timely fee collection.
- Support risk management processes and ensure compliance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior team members.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate or fiduciary services.
- Strong knowledge of administering trusts, companies and complex structures.
- Confident managing technical matters and client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
