Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join its corporate services team.
This is a client‑facing role managing a complex and varied portfolio, offering clear progression within a professional, international environment.
The Role
The Senior Administrator will take ownership of a demanding portfolio of corporate entities, delivering day‑to‑day company secretarial and administrative support in line with Jersey regulatory and governance requirements. The role involves close interaction with clients and management, as well as oversight and support of junior team members.
You will be responsible for statutory and regulatory filings, transactional support, ongoing compliance and CDD oversight, and the maintenance of accurate corporate records, while contributing to strong client relationships and effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of corporate entities, delivering high‑quality company secretarial and administrative services
- Undertake company secretarial duties, including maintenance of statutory registers, share issuances and transfers, and entity changes
- Ensure timely completion of Jersey registry filings, statutory and regulatory requirements, and relevant tax returns
- Oversee ongoing compliance, CDD and AML requirements across the portfolio
- Support transactional work and corporate restructurings where required
- Manage billing processes, WIP and accurate record‑keeping
- Capture and maintain business intelligence and client data
- Delegate work appropriately and support, mentor and develop junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required
- 4–6 years’ experience in a similar corporate services or company secretarial role
- Holding, or working towards, a recognised Level 5 professional qualification
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and Jersey regulatory requirements
- Confident managing client relationships and producing clear, accurate written work
- Experience using corporate administration and document management systems
- Strong MS Word and Outlook skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative approach with a commitment to high standards, CPD and positive team culture
