Trust Officer

We are supporting a leading fiduciary services provider in hiring a Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of companies and trusts, delivering a high‑quality, professional service to clients and intermediaries.

You will handle the day‑to‑day administration of trust and company structures, ensuring service standards, regulatory compliance, and internal controls are consistently maintained. This includes processing distributions, payments and asset transfers, reviewing financial and investment reports, and ensuring all work is accurately time‑recorded.

The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business engagement, and contributing to the development and supervision of junior team members. You will promote best practice, support procedural improvements, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Candidates should have a solid and continually developing knowledge of fiduciary services, ideally holding or working towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP Diploma (or equivalent NVQ Level 4 or above). A minimum of five years’ experience within fiduciary services is preferred. Strong communication skills, technical ability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential.
