Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established, independent fund services provider in Guernsey to recruit a Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Accountant. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, independently owned firm that values technical expertise, client service, and professional development. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting aspects for fund structures, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, investor reporting, and fee calculations.
• Coordinate audits and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and contribute to process improvements.
• Support client queries and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in staff training and development.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in offshore fund accounting.
• Recognised accounting qualification; knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
