Associate Director – Funds & Corporate

Our client, a specialist fiduciary and corporate services business in Jersey, is seeking an Associate Director to join its Funds and Corporate team.

This is a senior role focused on financial reporting, client delivery, operational efficiency and team performance across a portfolio of fund and corporate clients. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, act as a key point of contact for clients and support the continued improvement of systems, processes and service delivery.
 
The role will suit a qualified accountant or equivalent professional with strong experience in fund services, corporate services, financial reporting, client accounting or audit. It requires someone commercially aware, organised and confident managing deadlines, client expectations and internal performance standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
• Manage relationships with fund and corporate clients, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Support the efficient administration of client structures in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Act as a point of reference for complex fund and corporate administration matters.
• Assist with new business enquiries and the implementation of new structures.
• Monitor WIP, billing, recoverability, budgets and wider team performance.
• Support process improvement and technology-led initiatives across the team.
• Track KPIs and help maintain high standards of client service and delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

• ACCA, ACA, CA, SAICA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in fund services, corporate services, client accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulated client structures.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, client deliverables and multiple workstreams.
• Commercial awareness, including exposure to WIP, billing or recoverability.
• Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to advise on complex matters.
• Structured, organised and solutions-focused approach.
