Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

A leading international provider of fiduciary and fund services is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Jersey. This is a hands-on role focused on financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting across a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyse performance and highlight trends
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for senior stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy across systems
• Track KPIs and support divisional leaders

What You’ll Bring

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills, including modelling
• Experience in finance, ideally in fiduciary or fund services
• NavOne or SQL knowledge is a plus
• Clear communicator with strong analytical skills
