Relationship Manager (Senior Trust Officer)

The firm is seeking an experienced Trust professional to manage a varied portfolio of private and corporate structures. The role involves high quality fiduciary administration, strong client relationship management and active involvement in regulatory and reporting obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trust and corporate clients to a consistently high standard
• Provide technical support and maintain a strong understanding of underlying transactions
• Manage client expectations and develop long‑term relationships
• Handle day‑to‑day administration, deadlines, time recording, WIP and debt management
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Complete due diligence, FATCA/CRS liaison, client reviews and tax filings
• Support annual billing and maintain required CPD

Experience and skills

• Proven experience in fiduciary, trust or corporate services
• Ideally STEP or ICSA qualified
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; DMS experience beneficial
• Excellent accuracy, organisation, initiative and client relationship skills
