Christopher CostiWe are partnering with a highly successful and entrepreneurial organisation to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to support its Chairman and family office.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a high-profile business leader in a varied, fast-paced and highly trusted role. The successful candidate will provide first-class administrative, organisational and travel support, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
In addition to supporting the Chairman and family office, the role will involve assisting with charitable initiatives, coordinating travel arrangements across the wider business and providing support to senior stakeholders as required.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistant Support

Provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Chairman and family office.

Manage a wide range of personal, family and business-related requests.

Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman, employees, clients and external stakeholders.

Prepare, review, proofread and distribute presentations, reports, correspondence and other business documentation.

Ensure all matters are handled with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
Travel Management

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Chairman, family members and guests, including:

Flights
-
Accommodation
-
Transfers
-
Car hire
-
Visa and passport requirements
-
Detailed travel itineraries
-

Manage schedule changes and last-minute travel amendments efficiently.

Process expense claims in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate travel bookings for employees across the wider group where required.
Charity & Foundation Administration

Provide administrative support to the Chairman’s charitable foundation.

Process applications and maintain accurate records.

Prepare Board packs and supporting meeting documentation.
-
Produce meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.

Act as a key point of contact for Board members and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

High levels of discretion and confidentiality.

Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence preparing professional business documents.
