Trust Officer – Single Family Office

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trust Officer to join a prestigious, well-established single family office in Guernsey. This role offers broad exposure across trust and company administration within a highly professional, discreet, and collaborative environment.

The Role:
You will support the administration of a portfolio of trusts, companies, and related structures, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience across governance, transactions, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned entities
• Prepare minutes, resolutions, and maintain statutory records
• Assist with transactions including asset sales, investments, and restructurings
• Support onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes
• Liaise with banks, advisors, and external stakeholders
• Assist with tax reporting (CRS/FATCA) and regulatory filings
• Maintain accurate records, structure charts, and client documentation

The Successful Candidate:

• STEP/CGI qualified or working towards qualification (essential)
• Experience in trust or fiduciary administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach
