The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of fiduciary accounts, management of client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a collaborative environment and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a range of fiduciary relationships including trusts, estates, IRAs, and investment accounts
- Provide strategic advice to multi-generational families on wealth transfer, tax planning, and legal structures
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and tax professionals to develop tailored solutions
- Conduct regular reviews of accounts and relationships, recommending adjustments where necessary
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service and support
- Stay informed on industry developments and best practices
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust administration within a trust company or financial institution
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- CTFA or similar professional certification preferred
- Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, trust law, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in trust accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools
