Manager – Administration and Accounting Lead

Our client, a well-established, independent fund services provider in Guernsey to recruit an experienced Manager to oversee administration and accounting services for a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated structures. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, and leading a team to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administration and accounting functions for multiple client structures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
• Oversee company secretarial duties, including board meeting preparation and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Supervise preparation of financial statements, investor reporting, and tax submissions (FATCA/CRS).
• Coordinate audits and advise on accounting best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, including performance management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the offshore funds industry, including accounting expertise.
• Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively.
