The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join the expanding team in Jersey. Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with the Client Director you will play a key role in supporting high-profile client relationships, including private clients and multi-family offices.
This position offers exposure to both fund administration and trust work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client relationships across corporate and investment-based structures, including BVI companies, UK assets, and property portfolios.
- Manage Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new investment subscriptions, including ownership structure reviews and questionnaire completion.
- Assist with onboarding new investors into Jersey private funds during capital-raising phases.
- Provide administrative support to family offices, including document certification and trust-related tasks.
- Oversee multiple trusts and underlying companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with fund accounting teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate administration or a similar role (corporate experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of CDD processes and ownership structures.
- Ability to interpret complex documents and transactions quickly.
- A proactive “doer” who learns independently and takes initiative.
- Familiarity with payment processing and incorporation processes.
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in using AI tools (e.g., Co-pilot) to enhance efficiency.
