The Role
The Client Services Director will take responsibility for a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures and lead a team of experienced trust professionals. The role sits at the core of the Trust business and plays a key part in client delivery, leadership, governance and business development.
The successful individual will act as a trusted advisor to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and their intermediaries, while setting the tone from the top for client service, professionalism and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for a portfolio of high‑complexity trust and company structures
- Leadership, mentoring and development of senior fiduciary staff
- Ensuring the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and risk management
- Acting as a Director on client entities where required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, both locally and internationally
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the wider growth strategy of the Trust business
The Successful Candidate
- A seasoned fiduciary professional operating at Director or equivalent level
- Strong technical knowledge across trust and company administration, including complex structures
- Comfortable engaging with sophisticated, entrepreneurial clients at a senior level
- Proven leader with gravitas, sound judgement and a collaborative approach
- STEP, ICSA or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience within an offshore fiduciary environment
- Willingness to travel as required, primarily to London and occasionally further afield
