Business Development Manager

Location: London, Jersey or Guernsey, with potential future relocation to another jurisdiction if desired.

Victus has been exclusively retained by an independently owned international provider of corporate, fiduciary and fund services to appoint a Business Development Manager.

This is a senior, commercially focused opportunity for an experienced business development professional to drive new business growth, develop intermediary relationships and expand the organisation's presence across key international markets.

The role can initially be based in London, Jersey or Guernsey, with the opportunity to relocate to a European jurisdiction longer term (if desired).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across target markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, professional advisers and prospective clients.

• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through to conversion.

• Work collaboratively with international offices to identify cross-border and cross-selling opportunities.

• Represent the business at client meetings, conferences and networking events.

• Prepare and deliver commercially focused proposals and presentations.

• Undertake regular international travel to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.

The Successful Candidate:

• A strong track record within business development or a commercially focused relationship management role.

• Experience within corporate, fiduciary, trust, fund administration or wider professional services.

• Strong commercial awareness with proven influencing and negotiation skills.

• The ability to build credible, long-term relationships with senior clients and professional contacts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• An established professional network would be advantageous.

• Flexibility to travel internationally and openness to potential relocation longer term.
