Private Client Associate / Snr Associate – Tax, Trusts & Wills

A respected law firm with a strong Private Client team is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its Tax, Trusts and Wills practice. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with 5+ years PQE to work on high-quality matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on tax planning, trusts, wills, and estate administration
• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Draft wills, trust deeds, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Respond to new client enquiries and refer work across the firm
• Stay informed on legal developments and offer practical solutions
• Follow compliance procedures including billing and time recording
• Support junior team members and collaborate with colleagues
• Contribute to networking and marketing activities

Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 plus years PQE in private client work
• Strong experience in wills, trusts, tax, and probate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently
• Confident managing a busy caseload and building relationships
